Personal Data: any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can directly or indirectly be identified, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, a location data, an online identifier or to one or more specific factors to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

The personal data that will be processed for the following purpose are for example: – name, surname, role and e-mail address related to natural persons processed by the Company to allow participation in the survey within the European project Datemats

4.RECIPIENTS OR CATEGORIES OF RECIPIENTS

The personal data provided will be shared with employees or collaborators acting under the authority of the Data Controller, for the purpose listed above. In order to comply with existing contracts or related purposes, your data will be processed by companies contractually linked to the Data Controller and in particular to: subjects providing services for the information system management and communication networks (including E-mail boxes, web and newsletters services); offices or companies in the context of assistance and consultancy relationships; competent authorities for compliance with legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies, upon request. Subjects belonging to the aforesaid categories act as data Processors or in complete autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of data processors is constantly updated and available by contacting the Data Controller.

5.DATA TRANSFER TO A THIRD COUNTRY AND/OR TO INTERNATIONAL ORGANISATON

The personal data provided shall not be transferred outside the European Union.

6.DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS

You may freely exercise your rights at any time under Reg. EU 2016/679 – (GDPR) pursuant to Sections 15 and seq. by sending an e mail to the Data Controller. You have the right, at any time to obtain to the Data Controller the access to your personal data, request their rectification, erasure or processing restriction. Furthermore, in the cases provided for, you have the right to object, at any time, to the processing of your data pursuant to Section 6(1) letter (f), including profiling, and to revoke the consent given without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before objection. In exercising your right to data portability, the Data Controller may provide your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial appeal, in case you consider your data processing in contrast with Reg. UE 2016/679, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority using the contact details available on the website https://www.aepd.es/ you have the right to revoke your expressed consent at any time.
