Information notice pursuant to Art. 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)

Information to be provided where personal data are collected from the data subject

 

Pursuant to Section 13 of the EU Regulation 2016/679  MATERIAL CONNEXION ITALIA SRL – with its registered office in Via Conservatorio 17 – Milano (Mi)  and its place of business in  Viale Sarca 336/F – Edificio 16 – Milano (Mi), as represented by the pro-tempore legal representative–“Data Controller”, according to Section 28 of the EU Regulation 2016/679 provide you with the due information concerning the processing of the personal data provided by filling out this registration form.

The personal data you provide will be processed for the following purposes:

a)     Subject to consent and until opt out to subscribe to the newsletter service of the Data Controller and for related activities as well as for direct marketing in general, market research or other sample research, and other promotional activities, including through automated means e-mail, fax, MMS or SMS, operator calls, paper mail; legal basis: consent.

b)    Subject to consent and until opt out for direct marketing activities, market research or other sample searches, promotional activities in general, direct sales and to receive – by automated means – e-mail, fax, messages as Mms (Multimedia Messaging Service) or Sms (Short Message Service) or other, as well as by telephone calls from operators and paper mail – information material, for the detection of the degree of satisfaction, promotional, commercial and advertising material or events and related initiatives by third parties wuth respect to MATERIAL CONNEXION ITALIA SRL – Businness Partners. Legal basis: consent.

For privacy notice on the processing of data carried out by the Third/Partner, to exercise the rights pursuant to Sections 15 -22 of EU Reg. 2016/679, for subsequent processing of data by third parties, the data subject must contact the Third (Data Processor or autonomous Data Controller) who will send promotional communications.

The processing shall be carried out in automated and / or manual manner, with methods and tools aimed at ensuring the best security and confidentiality, by persons specifically appointed to do so. The data will be stored for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data was collected and subsequenty  processed and in any case for a period not exceeding 24 months. 

Your data will not be disclosed, but may be communicated only to the partner of Datemats project inside the European Union in accordance with and within the limits of section 44 of EU Reg. 2016/679 and may be transferred abroad, outside the European Union, within the limits of Section  45 and 46 of EU Reg. 2016/679, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes.

The provision of personal and your consent for data processing for a) purpose, is optional. You are free to decide whether to give your consent to the processing of your data for the purposes indicated in point a), however, the consent to the processing is necessary in order to allow the data controller to process your data for subscription to Datemats project mailing lists and / or Datemats communications only related to Datemars project, otherwise your data will not be processed for that purpose.

You may freely exercise your rights at any time under Reg. EU 2016/679 –GDPR, Sections 15 – 22 by contacting the Data Controller MATERIAL CONNEXION ITALIA SRL, represented by the pro-tempore legal representative or the Data Controller, Material Connexion New York by writing to info@datemats.eu . If you don’t want to receive any commercial and promotional communications anymore, simply send us an e-mail to info@datemats.eu with subject unsuscribe and you will no longer be disturbed.

In particular, your rights include: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not your personal data are being processed, and if so, the right to obtain access to such data and other information, such as: the type of personal data; the recipients or categories of recipients of the data; the period of retention of the data or the criteria used to determine it; the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data; the right to object to the processing of data; the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority; if the data are not collected from the data subject, all information on their origin; the existence of an automated decision-making process (including profiling according to Section 22 of the GDPR); the necessary safeguards in the event of data transfer to a third country or international organisation pursuant to Section 44 et seq. of the GDPR; the right to obtain copies of the personal data that are being processed (Section 20).
